If are you a regular visitor to this blog, you may be aware of my PowerShell remoting series of blog articles. Traffic to this blog increased by almost 80% ever since I started the remoting series. This set of articles appear on the first page of Internet search almost all the time. The idea behind starting the remoting series was to develop the content in to an eBook at the end. I have been sitting on it for while and just got a chance to complete it after a few late night efforts. This eBook has more content than the remoting blog posts.
This kinda concludes the remoting series. There are a few things I have not discussed including fan-in remoting. I will add those things as separate chapters, if required.
You can download the eBook here

You might have already seen PowerShell.com’s Administrator’s guide to PowerShell remoting and wondering how is this new eBook different from what they released. Well, both these guides are same in the sense that they talk about PS remoting. There will be differences in approach to explaning various aspects of remoting.
The major difference is that the Administrator’s guide to PowerShell was written by the masters of PowerShell & experienced book authors, where as this — the layman’s guide — is written by a real layman.
I have put a link to publish the errata @ http://www.ravichaganti.com/blog/?page_id=1301. If you ever find a issue with the guide, drop a comment there. I will be more than happy to review it and correct the guide if required.
Feel free to write your comments either here or on the errata page mentioned above. Looking forward to hear from you.
